Welcome to our own scouting and guiding websides. We are mixed scout company for both scouts and guides and all the normal scouting and guiding activities has organized under the one name-The scouting and guiding group Punkalaitumen Metsankavijat. Our municipality Punkalaidun locates in the South-Western part of Finland. There are about 50 members in our scouting and guiding company and we like to take part in such activities like camps, hiking, surviving technics (they are handy, when you are living in Finland! 8). We are well known for the scout craft competitions against the patrols and the other scout companies. Tasks include mainly first aid, cooking, wooden handycrafts and basic scouting knowledge.
